You will carry out the careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards. You will analyze and rectify faults - in a skilled, rapid, and independent manner. You will advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to the personal customer needs. You will inform system owners about the comprehensive benefits of the Buderus maintenance contracts. You will provide standby service (on-call duty) in agreement with the team.
