Building Services Planner Ventilation Focus Site Management

Eugen Bienz AG has been planning building services systems in all linguistic regions of Switzerland for over 50 years. Tasks

• You supervise the execution quality, deadlines, and assembly regulations for the HVAC trades directly on the construction sites.
• You represent the ventilation trade at construction meetings and coordinate directly with the overall site management, architects, and other trades.
• You accompany all sub-phases according to SIA and organize air volume measurements, commissioning, and the professional handovers to the client.
• You create execution and as-built plans in Trimble Nova and develop bills of quantities as well as tenders.

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Building Services Planner EFZ specialty ventilation (or Ventilation System Installer EFZ with experience in planning and site management).
• Enjoyment of direct contact on the construction site and a confident, collegial demeanor towards craftsmen and planners.
• Proficient use of common CAD software (e.g., Trimble Nova) and MS Office.
• Reliable, independent way of working and a sense of true team spirit.
• Driver's license category B (for construction site visits).
