Responsibilities ### *Installation* • Perform deliveries of household appliances to customers, within the allotted time and in compliance with the established schedule, according to quality standards (service region: from Genève to Montreux) • Ensure the commissioning and proper functioning of "built-in" and "freestanding" appliances. • Diagnose and resolve technical problems during installation. • Provide usage and maintenance advice to customers. *After-sales service* • Perform after-sales service troubleshooting, guarantee the smooth progress of work, and prepare complete ad-hoc intervention reports for follow-up (environment, technical specifics, etc.). • Thoroughly inspect appliances, establish precise and adapted diagnoses • Collaborate closely with dispatch for the efficient and rapid handling of troubleshooting, within the allotted deadlines and time slots defined by dispatch • Write intervention reports and ensure the follow-up of repairs. • Adopt a customer-oriented and results-driven commercial attitude Qualifications ### • Technical training in electromechanics, electronics, or a similar field. • Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of household appliances. • Knowledge of major household appliance brands and their products. • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems autonomously. • Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service. • Valid driver's license in Switzerland.
