Your tasks

• Control, monitoring and maintenance of the systems and building technology
• Carrying out required repairs and renovations to the infrastructure
• Condition analysis, planning repairs/replacement of infrastructure, supervision of conversions
• Coordination of the deployment of third-party companies for maintenance and repair work
• Responsibility for purchasing, controlling and quality management in the area
• Energy monitoring and optimization
• Various maintenance, cleaning and environmental works
• Responsibility for waste management
• Support in the area of SiBe occupational safety/health protection, fire protection
• Team leadership

Your profile

• Training as a specialist in facility management EFZ or comparable training
• At least 4 years of professional experience
• EKAS/SIBE knowledge and good IT skills (IT/telephony/nurse call)
• Organizational talent
• Willingness to work on weekends
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, French is an advantage
• Resident in the immediate vicinity of Gampelen
