Senior Physician / Senior Physician Pneumology

The Medical Clinic cares for 3500 inpatient and 6000 outpatient patients every year. The offering includes a broad General Internal Medicine as well as extended basic care in the fields of Angiology, Endocrinology/Diabetology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology and Pneumology/Sleep Medicine. The Pneumology department offers a wide spectrum of pneumological examination and treatment methods for inpatient and outpatient patients including sleep medicine. We are an FMH training clinic of category B for pneumology. ###

What awaits you

• Versatile and responsible activity in the outpatient and inpatient setting
• Independent management of the pneumological outpatient clinic incl. sleep medicine
• Performance of bronchoscopies incl. EBUS, pleural interventions and consultative co-management of inpatient female and male patients
• Professional supervision as well as participation in the education, advanced training and continuing education of assistant and senior physicians
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation within and outside of the Kantonsspital
• Participation in the on-call service of Internal Medicine

• Sound clinical experience in the entire spectrum of pneumology
