For one of our prestigious Geneva-based clients, we are looking for a Team Leader Infrastructure Plateforme MES.

Main mission

Manage the organization of the team of administrators for the infrastructure related to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions, our IT system used in industry to monitor, control, and optimize production in real time and guarantee the availability of the systems under management.

The main context of the position is to enable the maintenance of our product quality via our industrial production tool which manages our various sites.

Your responsibilities

• Coordination with the platform development team
• Administration and supervision of technical resources
• Optimize the availability, performance, and security of the systems
• Steering of evolutions and deployments
• Management of complex Level 3 incidents
• Manage the life cycle of the platform
• Guarantee the proper functioning of industrial production steering services and workshop equipment
• Guarantee technical deliverables in accordance with project deadlines
• Participate in the on-call service for managers and advanced support

Your profile

• Higher education in computer science (HES Engineer…)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with ideally experience in managing or leading a team of 5 people (direct management or role of referent / lead)
• Operational experience on system infrastructures (MS Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn, LoadBalancer, Kubernetes…)
• DevOps culture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills, mastery of supervision tools and dashboards
• Awareness of information security
• Strong leadership and very good listening skills
• Customer orientation, sense of service, and interpersonal ease
• Proactive, highly autonomous, quality-oriented, and strong team spirit
