To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a committed and professionally experienced personality as In this role, you will take on the professional and organizational responsibility for the HF/FH Nursing & FH Midwifery training courses and actively participate in shaping their further development. If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • You are responsible for the selection of HF nursing students and design the selection process professionally and purposefully • You professionally design the didactic and methodical implementation of the LTT concept and develop it further according to requirements • You manage the learning process of the HF/FH Nursing and FH Midwifery students with the vocational trainers and all stakeholders in the field • You advise and support vocational trainers and other employees involved in training on pedagogical and professional questions • You continuously develop training processes, concepts, and instruments and implement new requirements of the educational landscape in a targeted manner • You participate in exciting or innovative projects and working groups and represent the interests of vocational training within and outside the organization Get a first impression of your new place of work in our 360° virtual tour.
