Social Pedagogical Family Accompaniment

We have been building a new offer with a new, fresh team for 1.5 years. That's why we're looking for two social pedagogical family accompaniments 50 - 90%, 1 person with a deputy function of management Your job: You work in the immediate everyday life of families who are in acute crises or have been in difficult life situations for a longer period and need support in educational matters. You coach parents in their role as educational responsibles, use existing resources, expand their competencies in different areas of life and work systemically-solution-oriented. The focus is on ensuring and promoting the well-being of the child, with a focus on a healthy development of children and adolescents. You work as a leading specialist mostly independently or in co-settings with a lot of design possibilities in the direct living and residential environment of the families. In the absence of the management, you have their representation. The job starts immediately or by arrangement.
