How you contribute In this key role, you will take responsibility for our construction steel logistics and, together with your team, ensure that all processes (from goods receipt to timely loading) run efficiently, safely, and smoothly. Technical and personnel leadership of a team of four employees Resource planning as well as promotion and further development of the team Role model function in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and efficiency Overall responsibility for the logistics processes from goods receipt to the loading point Responsibility for the implementation and organization of inventories Ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless delivery Continuous optimization of the logistics processes Close cooperation with production to ensure a smooth material flow Coordination with dispatch for optimal planning and utilization of truck loading Coordination of orders in close cooperation with sales Processing of ERP processes from goods receipt to the creation of delivery notes Ensuring correct bookings as well as high data quality What distinguishes you Completed training in the field of logistics or in a comparable environment Several years of professional experience as well as initial leadership experience Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Enjoyment in leading, motivating, and developing employees High sense of quality, safety, and responsibility Experience in handling ERP systems as well as good MS Office knowledge Resilience, assertiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment Very good German skills in speaking and writing A varied activity awaits you with plenty of freedom for independent work and a dynamic team that rolls up its sleeves together.
