Your core tasks

• Create and revise CNC programs
• Set up machines and produce independently
• Inspect and document workpieces
• Continuously improve all production processes together
• Improve our customers' workpieces from a production perspective with your own ideas
• Process faster, more precisely, and more securely than everyone else using your head

Our requirements

• Very good technical and mechanical understanding
• Basic training as a Polymechanic with experience in the machining of individual parts
• Good knowledge of Fanuc or Heidenhain CNC controls
• High flexibility with willingness to work shifts
• Basic knowledge in CAM programming is an advantage (Mastercam)
• Confident handling of machines, tools, and measuring instruments
• You treat all persons with appreciation and at eye level
