Healthcare Professional 50-100% Your tasks As a specialist, you design and coordinate everyday life in your area of competence and take responsibility for holistic, individual care and support of our residents. Interdisciplinary cooperation is as much a matter of course for you as the implementation of nursing measures, which you carry out with high professional competence and empathy. You recognize changes in the condition of the residents at an early stage and initiate the necessary steps for support. You actively involve relatives and trusted persons in the care process and maintain a professional and empathetic manner. Depending on need, you take on further areas of responsibility such as daily responsibility in shift operations. In your work, you are supported by specialists such as the nursing and wound expert and the Palliative Care manager.
