Cook - 100%

We are opening our new steakhouse in Thalwil and are looking for a cook for our team. He/She should be able to portion whole pieces of meat (e.g. 5 KG beef fillet). The steaks are seared sharply at a maximum of 10% on all sides and served 90% raw on the hot stone. We already have a female cook who is responsible for our Mezze's and Tapas; he/she would be our meat professional. Working hours 10:00-14:00, from 14:00 - 17:00 break hour, and from 17:00 - 21:00 Workload 100% Probation period 3 months
