You said mechatronics? A mechatronic solution combines mechanics, electronics, and computer science. Our solutions, which are based on non-contact electromagnetic technologies, receive an electrical signal and transform it into mechanical movement. Your mission ###

Within a multidisciplinary project team, you will contribute to the development of innovative mechatronic solutions, from design to product validation.

In this capacity, you:

• Design and develop actuators and mechatronic systems by applying Design to Cost and Design for Six Sigma principles.
• Perform design studies, calculations, and simulations to validate technical choices.
• Develop CAD models, definition drawings, functional dimension chains, and ensure the manufacturability of products.
• Ensure the production and monitoring of prototypes.
• Perform preliminary tests and analyze results to guarantee the achievement of expected performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to define and optimize technical and industrial solutions.
• Compile and maintain the Design Justification File (DJF) by guaranteeing the traceability of design choices.
• Participate in Product FMEA and contribute to the identification and control of risks.
• Contribute to fault analyses, problem solving, and the definition of associated technical action plans.

Your skills ###

• Excellent mastery of 3D/2D CAD, dimensioning, dimension chains, and functional tolerances.
• Solid skills in numerical simulation (mechanical calculations, multiphysics analysis) allowing for the guidance and validation of design choices.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly machining, and industrialization constraints.
• Experience in the development, monitoring, and validation of prototypes, in collaboration with suppliers and project teams.
• Ability to intervene on the field during assembly and testing to ensure the technical convergence of the developed solutions.
• Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment requiring reactivity, versatility, and technical decision-making.

Your background ###

• Engineering training in mechanics, mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mechanical product development, ideally in a demanding industrial environment.
