Activity rate 100% Contract type Indefinite duration Start date immediately or by appointment Mission • Implement your entrepreneurial skills, leadership qualities, and customer orientation on a daily basis • Actively contribute to the success of the St-Blaise store as co-manager • Guarantee, with 6 department managers and approximately 30 employees, the commerciality, product presentation, and efficiency of operational processes • Acquire, monitor, and develop customer relationships as a key task for the success of the store • Support and continuously develop your teams • Assume overall responsibility for the store in the absence of the director • Ensure budget management as well as the replacement of the Admin/HR manager in case of absence, to guarantee good administrative management of personnel Required skills and qualities • Holder of a higher education degree, for example a Bachelor/ Federal Diploma, or training deemed equivalent • Proven professional experience in direct management and sales in the food sector (knowledge in the HORECA field is a plus) • Experience leading a team of at least 15 people • Proficiency in the analysis and interpretation of ratios • Enterprising personality, endowed with leadership qualities and very good communication skills • Pronounced customer orientation and pleasure in providing quality service to a varied clientele • Native French speaker with good oral and written command of German (min. level B1) What we offer We offer you a modern and dynamic working environment where you can demonstrate your skills and your personality on a daily basis and, thus, contribute your own stone to the building.
