Field of activity

As the head, you play a key role in the supervision and continuous development of PraFo training. Your main tasks include:

• Design and development: Elaborate, evolve, and adapt the training system for practitioner trainers (PraFo).
• Pedagogical management: Manage and evaluate the content of the training units. Ensure close coordination and continuous support for the team of trainers.
• Planning and organization: Plan the training sessions, as well as organize and facilitate the key events of the curriculum (entry and end-of-training sessions).
• Monitoring and validation: Manage the training path of the participant·e·s and assume final responsibility for the validation of PraFo training.
• Coordination with the field: Ensure the link with the internship team for the organization and smooth running of field-CEDP meetings.
• Administrative and financial management: Manage the budget allocated to PraFo training as well as coordinate administrative tasks with the support of the continuing education service.

Requirements

• Completed teaching training (teaching diploma required), supplemented by higher education (Master or title deemed equivalent) in educational sciences, pedagogy, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in the design and management of adult training systems, ideally in the field of practical training or supervision.
• Proven skills in project management, team coordination, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and networking skills.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and the ability to bridge the gap between academic concepts and field reality.
• Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German is an asset.
