Your task

You will take over the management of a small, well-coordinated execution department with around 5 employees. Together with construction managers, planners, cost planners, and external specialist planners, you will ensure that projects are realized with high quality, economically, and on schedule. In doing so, you do not just lead organizationally - you work actively, think ahead, and take responsibility.

• Overall responsibility and quality assurance of the projects
• Leadership and coordination of specialist planners, authorities, and stakeholders
• Schedule and cost planning
• Support in construction management, tenders, and works contracts

What you bring

You are a winning personality with a positive aura, healthy self-confidence, and diplomatic skill. A doer type with empathy, down-to-earthness, and joy in building something strong together. Professionally, you convince with:

• 5–10 years of experience in construction management, schedule and cost planning, as well as tendering
• Training as a structural draughtsman, construction manager, technician, carpenter, mason, or similar basic training
• Entrepreneurial thinking and natural leadership competence
• Ideally between 30 and 48 years old
