Healthcare Specialist CFC 60-100 % in night shift

Your tasks

• Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process
• Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care
• Participation in the care process and the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for assigned residents
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach
• Participation in the group network for quality of care
• Autonomous assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift

Your profile

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to undergo this training
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, oral and written
