Assembly Worker CAYCOM / Mechanical All-rounder 100% Your area of responsibility Responsibility for the autonomous operation and maintenance of the cutting and bending machines Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality production process Flexible deployment as a relief worker between cutting/bending and assembly Precise assembly of miniature connectors with increased quality requirements Independent reading and implementation of work papers as well as technical drawings Provision of material, work documents, tools, and fixtures Processing and distribution of the delivered materials Carrying out material inventories Carrying out inspections according to specifications as well as final inspections, QA acceptances, and packaging work Recording and feedback of production orders in SAP Your profile Completed technical training, e.g., as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable profession Professional experience in a similar function Experience in an industrial production environment High degree of independence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility Exact, structured, and quality-oriented way of working Resilient and robust personality with a positive attitude and team spirit Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are a plus Flexibility as well as willingness for overtime and shift work Why +SUHNER?
