Your tasks You are a central personality in our event team and take responsibility in the planning, organization, and implementation of events. You advise our customers competently, develop individual event solutions, and coordinate the implementation independently. During the events, you are present on-site, lead employees, and work together with the team to ensure a smooth process at the highest level. In addition, you undertake projects for the further development of our processes, contribute your own ideas, and help to continuously optimize and further develop our quality standards as well as our catering manual. Your profile • Completed training in gastronomy, hotels, tourism, or the event sector with several years of experience in banquet and event management. • Ideally, further training in the field of event management, hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or leadership. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident user knowledge of MS Office programs. • Quick grasp of things, structured way of working, and pronounced process-oriented thinking. • Convincing appearance and enjoyment in advising customers and inspiring them with ideas. • Organizational talent with high initiative and sense of responsibility. • Leadership competence, assertiveness, and the ability to lead employees situationally and appreciatively. • Driver's license Cat.
