Export Manager (60-80%) Because it depends on you! You are very familiar with international order processing as well as the export of technical goods. The primary tasks of this function include: Operational leadership and further development of the export department Independent processing of worldwide export orders for products subject to Dual Use goods classification Execution of exports including all necessary preparations and procurement of the respective required documents as well as certifications Advising our customers regarding possibilities and costs for exports to the respective desired countries Optimization of the movement of goods within the DACH organization in relation to costs and VAT issues Creation of detailed export offers Communication with SECO, the transport companies and the respective importers Checking the sanction lists and the products within the framework of the goods lists Documentation of processes for export orders incl. export and import regulations of different countries for reference purposes Support with import questions and import processing Participation in the backoffice What you bring with you Training as a foreign trade specialist with federal diploma Several years of professional and leadership experience (>5 years) High customer and solution orientation Flexibility and teamwork skills Dynamic, networked and entrepreneurial thinking Stylistically confident German and good English skills are a prerequisite French and other language skills are a plus Willingness for increased workload during holiday substitution What awaits you At BOLL, an open, fair and motivating corporate culture awaits you.
