In this role as a Sales Assistant, you have the opportunity to decisively support the Sales Back Office team in our Bern office. Sales Assistant 80 - 100 % (m/f/d) What you achieve You coordinate plant revisions and renewals (modernizations) across all product divisions. You create the annual plant overview for upcoming plant revisions and renewals. You prepare offers and advise our customers up to the placement of the order (SAP). You support the processing of tenders. You book offers and record order confirmations. You create and send information and discontinuation letters for our plant fleet according to our lifecycle management strategy. You undertake various administrative tasks in the sales back office. With your commitment, you ensure high customer satisfaction and inspire with your actions. What you bring With your commercial or electrotechnical basic training (e.g., Kauffrau/ EFZ, Elektroinstallateur EFZ, or similar), you bring the ideal basis. Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP CRM completes your profile. Experience in the field of sales back office, customer consulting, or administration is a valuable plus. You work independently, think proactively, and convince with a reliable and flexible way of working that our customers can rely on. With your stylish German and your good oral English skills, you communicate confidently and professionally.
