If you feel like it, you work in the house, in the garden, in the workshop or on the farm with – . ___________________________________ We are looking for an Employee Catering/Kitchen 50-60% Entry immediately or by agreement ___________________________________ Your new field of activity The kitchen is the hub of our operation You complement our four-member kitchen team In addition to your deployments during the week, you work one weekend per month You prepare around 40 fresh meals daily for our residents and employees Together with our residents and employees, you produce homemade products for our farm shop You utilize our own products from the garden and agriculture and process them creatively During the summer months, you conserve and refine fresh vegetables for our own use and for sale in the farm shop With the opening of our farm café in spring/2027, you will be actively involved in creating the offer Our residents have the opportunity to work with you on simple tasks in the kitchen If needed, you will guide and support them What you bring You have experience in preparing meals for around 40 people and can take on this task independently after a thorough introduction Training as a chef EFZ or completion of the Bäuerinnenschule Good German language skills You approach people with openness and enjoy interacting with our residents You enjoy working with fresh products from the garden and farm and appreciate the uniqueness of our operation Hermolingen DNA: team-oriented, natural, authentic, down-to-earth, versatile, cross-departmental, thoughtful, positive attitude We offer A place where our residents feel satisfied, well, and cared for – which will have a positive impact on you.
