MAIN TASKS ##

Within the intermediate care department of the Cecil clinic, you will be required to :

• Take care of patient·s whose severity does not justify intensive care services but whose complexity nevertheless requires particular nursing follow-up.
• Take care of patient·s of categories I, II and III according to the SSMI classification, mainly from surgery (cardiac, visceral, thoracic, neurosurgery).
• Take care of patient·s who may have amines, non-invasive ventilation. Assume interesting and varied tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

• In addition to treating patients in intermediate care, you will be required to assist the head of department in resource management as well as to replace him during his absences in accordance with the values and objectives of the department and the clinic.

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Graduate nurse with proven experience in acute care, as well as in cardiac, thoracic and general surgery.
• For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is mandatory (in progress or obtained).
• Benefiting from solid technical skills and capable of working in a multidisciplinary environment in a state-of-the-art service.
• Good resistance to stress, flexible, autonomous and endowed with a sharp sense of responsibility and knowing how to show anticipation.
• Interpersonal qualities, empathy and ease in communication.
