General Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper Bern 80% - 100% ###

In this role, you play a key role in ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality in a dynamic hotel environment. You are responsible for the organization and control of daily cleaning tasks, compliance with hygiene and safety rules, as well as staff training and management. Thanks to your experience and flexibility, you guarantee the smooth running of room cleaning and maintenance, thereby contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.

Your area of responsibility ###

• Room control and release | Control and release of hotel rooms for use
• Documentation of technical defects | Reporting and documentation of technical defects
• Management of lost property | Reporting and documentation of lost property
• Implementation of hygiene and safety rules | Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and occupational safety rules
• Staff training / recruitment | Training and integration of employees / assistance in the recruitment and pre-selection process
• Quality standards assurance | Responsibility for compliance with quality standards
• Hotel management | Primary contact for the hotel management
• Monthly closing | Monthly preparation of room billing and work reports
• Financial situation | Responsible for the financial situation of the hotel (contribution to the result)

Your qualifications and skills ###

• Professional experience | You have proven experience in the cleaning sector
• Management experience | Experience as a team leader or in a similar position
• Language skills | Good command of German is imperative
• Work method and team spirit | Autonomous and reliable work method combined with a strong team spirit
• Flexibility | Regular weekend interventions are not a problem for you
• Presentation | Neat appearance and professional behavior
