The newcomer will assume responsibility for steering product developments, managing creative teams, and maintaining the profitability of commercial offers.
Your tasks at your new employer
You steer the product development and industrialization activities, from the prototype phase to production launch, guaranteeing the achievement of qualitative, deadline, and financial objectives defined with customers
You manage with commitment the sales, prototype, and product development teams by structuring steering rituals, harmonizing priorities, and promoting fluid transverse collaboration between departments
You guarantee the reactivity of responses to commercial requests while securing the profitability of proposed offers, by negotiating material prices annually and optimizing margins according to defined growth objectives
You coordinate the design and realization of development prototypes by integrating all technical, aesthetic, quality, cost, and deadline constraints issued by customers and the group
You ensure the accuracy of technical, commercial, and supply chain data between internal systems and customer portals by ensuring reliable communication at all hierarchical levels
You regularly lead continuous improvement actions based on the analysis of unsatisfied customer needs and the monitoring of the department's industrial performance indicators
You offer your new employer
You have a technical or engineering education firmly rooted in manufacturing disciplines, ideally with a specialization in product development or industrial methods
You justify confirmed professional experience in an equivalent technical management position in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the metalworking or precision mechanics sector
You master English at a professional level allowing you to communicate effectively with international customers and partners
You excel in the use of computer-aided design software and enterprise management systems
You embody natural leadership qualities, a capacity for benevolent listening, great rigor in the implementation of processes, and a strategic vision combined with an excellent sense of interpersonal communication
