The Position

To strengthen our sales and export team, we are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant. In this role, you will support BASPI's sales and export activities and assist the team with administrative and organizational tasks related to customer orders, shipments, after-sales service, and events.

What you will do

Assist in communication with customers, quotes, purchase orders, and order administration

Support export documentation, shipping, packaging, invoicing, and delivery tracking

Assist after-sales service: warranty cases, repairs, and associated logistics

Support the preparation and organization of events

Assist with HubSpot and customer communications

Occasionally participate in exhibitions

What we are looking for

Passionate about serving a highly technical international clientele

Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Helpful, proactive, and eager to learn

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus

Swiss or EU work permit

Previous experience in administration, sales, customer service, export, or logistics

Basic understanding of quantum technologies is a plus
