To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, independent, and entrepreneurially minded personality as Project Manager Real Estate (80–100%) Your tasks In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the operational management and coordination of our real estate projects and support the management in the successful implementation of our endeavors. Your main tasks include, in particular: Independent support and coordination of demanding real estate projects Collaboration with architects, specialist planners, general contractors, and authorities Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers Schedule, cost, and quality control of ongoing projects Preparation of decision-making bases for the management Support in project developments, acquisitions, and transactions Organization and minute-taking of project meetings Coordination of external service providers and project partners Administrative support of the projects as well as maintenance of the project documentation General organizational tasks within the company Your profile You enjoy working independently, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even in demanding projects. At the same time, you appreciate working in a small team with short decision-making paths.
