Your missions

In your capacity as a planner, you are the conductor responsible for the coordination and organization of the CMS services. Much more than planning daily rounds, you set the pace and ensure harmonious links between our service providers and our clients, while guaranteeing the well-being at work of our collaborators and the comfort of our clients.

You also play a role as an advisor to management members (CMS Managers and Team Managers) with a view to continuous improvement by reporting field information regarding constraints (travel, care time, breaks, etc.). You thus contribute to the mission of the CMS, to its image and reputation, as well as to its smooth functioning.

Your profile and skills

• You benefit from basic training in the fields of health, commercial, or management.
• You can justify professional experience involving activities of organizing service provision or production.
• You already have experience in planning services or interventions in the medical or health field.
• You are proficient when it comes to matching client needs with the staff present and a specialist in the art of finding rapid solutions while maintaining control and concentration throughout the day and facing unforeseen events and emergencies with brilliance. Finally, you also demonstrate adaptability.
