Technical Project Manager for Vehicle Construction and Special Projects (80-100%)

What you can achieve with us:

• You take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and control of complex customer and development orders – from order receipt to successful completion.
• You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and agreed milestones.
• You are the central contact person for our customers and coordinate requirements, technical interfaces, changes, and approvals across all order phases.
• You work closely with design, AVOR, purchasing, and production, identify risks early, and ensure structured and economical order processing.

What you bring with you:

• You have a basic technical training EFZ with further training as a Techniker/in HF, Ingenieur/in FH, or an equivalent qualification. Further training in order or project management is an advantage.
• You bring several years of professional experience, including at least three years in the management of demanding technical orders or development projects.
• You work independently, structured, and economically, possess strong organizational skills, and lead interdisciplinary teams with conviction.
• You communicate confidently in German, have good English skills and ideally also French skills.
