Business Development Manager – Construction / Technical Sales (M/F)

As part of the development of HDM Construction Sàrl, a company active in construction works, civil engineering, reinforced concrete, earthworks and outdoor landscaping in the cantons of Vaud and Genève, we are looking for a Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Representative (M/F) to develop our activity and our client portfolio.

Your missions

• Actively prospect for new clients and identify new construction sites
• Develop a network with general contractors, developers, architects, engineering offices and clients/project owners
• Obtain and follow up on tender requests
• Identify public and private market opportunities
• Develop and retain a client portfolio
• Participate in the preparation of offers and tenders with our technical team
• Present and negotiate our commercial offers
• Ensure the follow-up of files until the signing of contracts
• Maintain a high-quality commercial relationship with clients
• Perform follow-up on won construction sites in collaboration with management and site managers
• Achieve the turnover objectives set by management

Your profile

• Proven experience in the construction sector in Switzerland
• Experience in commercial development / acquisition of construction sites
• Very good knowledge of the construction market in Vaud and/or Genève
• Established professional network in the sector: general contractors, developers, architects, etc.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Autonomous, dynamic, organized and results-oriented
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of construction works
• Driving license indispensable
• Fluent French
• An existing client portfolio constitutes a real advantage

• A 100 % position in CDI (permanent contract)
• An attractive remuneration of CHF 80’000 to 120’000 gross/year, depending on experience
