The Betreuungs- & Pflegezentrum Wolfgang is a privately managed care institution in the heart of Oberuzwil (Kanton St. Gallen). With 50 beds, a family-like working atmosphere, and modern structures, we offer you an attractive workplace in long-term care.

We are a home for senior citizens as well as for people with indefinite life limitations. Additionally, we offer outpatient services, day and night stays, holiday stays, as well as a lunch service for the community.

Your tasks

✓Empathetic care and support of our residents as well as accompanying their relatives
✓Preparing and leading doctor visits as well as execution and coordination of medical measures
✓Medication management
✓Control and monitoring of the care process, incl. co-responsibility for the implementation of the RAI process
✓Instruction, training, and promotion of employees
✓Planning and coordination tasks, with the possibility to take over daily responsibility
✓Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team (doctors, physiotherapy, etc.)

Your profile

✓Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (or equivalent training)
✓Good work organization and overview of daily tasks
✓PC user knowledge
✓Very good German skills in spoken and written language
✓Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
✓Independent, reliable, flexible, and resilient
✓Open, appreciative communication
