We at CSS are the health partner for around 1.7 million insured persons. And perhaps soon also your partner for your next professional step? In this role, you will contribute your know-how in operative purchasing where it counts: close to internal stakeholders, close to the supplier market, and in the middle of daily business. You support our strategic procurement, ensure reliable processes, and keep an overview even when many things are running in parallel. In our team of operative and strategic buyers, there is always a lot going on and sometimes it can be a bit hectic. You have to be able to rely on each other and function well in a team. And that is what we do.

This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• The core: You perform operative tasks in procurement independently and support the strategic team with all purchasing activities.
• You carry out simple tenders independently and create draft contracts based on existing templates.
• In doing so, you maintain our existing supplier base and keep the relevant information clean and up to date.
• As an operative contact person, you accompany our future contract management tool as well as Power-BI solutions in everyday life.
• In exchange with various stakeholders, you ensure that administrative tasks regarding contracts, cancellations, and correspondence are completed reliably.

What you bring with you ##

• Most important first: You have initial experience in operative purchasing in the service industry, ideally in the areas of software, hardware, professional services, and personnel leasing.
• You have completed commercial training; further training in purchasing (e.g., Einkaufsfachmann /-fachfrau mit eidg. Fachausweis) is a plus.
• You work confidently with procurement instruments and procurement processes and also bring experience in well-known ERP systems.
• Very good MS Office skills help you to perform your tasks efficiently and in a structured manner.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German; English is an advantage.
