You have completed further training as a VBV insurance intermediary or insurance specialist with a federal diploma – or bring the willingness to acquire this. You enjoy daily telephone contact and exchange with people, show empathy, and have a strong sense of customer expectations and needs. You have very good German and Italian or English skills.
