In a context of growth and transformation, it is strengthening its Finance team to support its long-term ambitions and is recruiting a Senior Real Estate Accountant at 100% in Lausanne, Vaud.

Missions

• Manage the accounting for a portfolio of buildings;
• Perform periodic closings;
• Prepare service charge statements and participate in budgets;
• Prepare financial statements and reporting;
• Collaborate with management teams and external partners;
• Participate in the improvement of financial processes and tools.

Candidate Profile

• Training in accounting or finance;
• Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland;
• Autonomy up to closings;
• Mastery of Excel and IT tools;
• Knowledge of Quorum, an asset;
• Reliable, rigorous, and proactive personality;
• Desire to evolve and take on more responsibilities.
