For an established nursing institution in Basel, we are looking for a committed nursing specialist HF with a passion for vocational training and promoting junior staff. In this versatile role, you will accompany prospective nursing specialists on their training path and actively contribute to the further development of a modern learning and training culture. You can expect a responsible task with a lot of creative leeway, regular working hours mostly from Monday to Friday, as well as the opportunity to actively shape the future of nursing. You will work in an appreciative environment, benefit from short decision-making paths, and take on an important role within the management team. Requirements Profile ## • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH • SVEB 2 degree or comparable pedagogical further education • Enjoyment of vocational training, pedagogy, and learning accompaniment • Pronounced communication skills as well as empathetic personality • Structured and responsible way of working • High quality awareness and interest in development processes • Willingness to take on responsibility and pass on knowledge • Enjoyment of working with young people and promoting future nursing specialists Tasks ## • Accompaniment and promotion of learners and students in the nursing sector • Ensuring high-quality training • Support and advice for vocational trainers • Further development and design of a positive learning culture • Cooperation with educational institutions, authorities, and external specialist offices • Participation in quality and development projects • Promotion of technical, social, and personal competencies of trainees • Deployments mostly from Monday to Friday • Collaboration as a member of the cadre We look forward to your contact. \#carepeople General Information ## Location: Basel Region: Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft Employment level: 60% to 100% Employment type: Permanent employment Entry: by arrangement
