As Head of Activation, you will help shape the daily lives of our residents and promote quality of life, participation, and joy of life. Become part of our team and help shape the further development of activation in a modern, warm environment. Your tasks You lead a dedicated activation team of around 10 employees and promote appreciative, motivating cooperation. You take over the leadership, planning, and organization of the activation specialist department as well as one residential group and ensure that daily life is designed smoothly and in a structured manner. You develop and design creative, therapeutically based activation offers with real added value for our residents. You are responsible for the annual planning of activities, coordinate volunteer helpers, and plan varied offers. You organize and accompany events as well as excursions that create special experiences and beautiful memories. Your profile Completed training as Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/-mann HF or Dipl. Fachfrau/-mann Alltagsgestaltung und Aktivierung with sound specialist knowledge, which you apply in a practical and effective manner. Leadership experience or the motivation to actively take on a responsible leadership role and to develop yourself within it.
