Your future missions Within our technical team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of ice rinks by ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our customers' machines and equipment. You will be required to intervene autonomously, both in our workshops and directly in the field. Your main missions will be as follows: • Ensure the maintenance, servicing, and repair of ice rink resurfacers. • Guarantee the proper operating condition of our fleet of vehicles and equipment. • Diagnose faults and carry out the necessary repairs. • Intervene directly at our customers' sites throughout Switzerland for breakdowns and after-sales service. • Advise customers on the use and maintenance of their equipment. • Collaborate with other members of the technical team during installations and interventions. Your profile • CFC as a mechanic for construction machinery or agricultural machinery. • Solid knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity. • Experience in fault diagnosis, maintenance, and after-sales service appreciated. • Comfortable with modern diagnostic tools. • Ability to work autonomously and to take charge of an intervention. • Resourceful, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented personality. • Flexibility and availability regarding schedules, particularly during the winter season. • Comfortable with travel and interventions directly at customers' sites. • Driving license indispensable due to regular travel throughout Switzerland. • Good customer contact and sense of service. • A plus: good knowledge of German. • A plus: experience in the field of ice rinks.
