Plant Operator for Heat Treatment Plants

Activity

• Assemble furnace batches for heat treatment in compliance with quality specifications
• Start and monitor heat treatment cycles on the plants and intervene manually if necessary
• Prepare soldering batches and connect the joining points with suitable solder
• Perform intermediate checks and confirm final acceptances via visual inspections of the components
• Daily operation and control of state-of-the-art heat treatment plants in an industrial environment

Requirements

• Technical training with knowledge in materials technology and heat treatment or high willingness to learn in these areas
• Professional experience as a plant operator or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Confident handling of heat treatment plants and technical understanding
• Good German language skills and good PC user skills
• Resilient, communicative personality with a careful and calm way of working
