As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, our client now wishes to strengthen its teams by recruiting an experienced Civil Engineering Drafter profile. Your role Integrated into an international team and working in close collaboration with engineers and project managers, you will participate in the design and development of various civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will notably be required to : • Prepare plans and technical documents related to the different phases of projects • Participate in the design of projects in various fields of civil engineering • Work notably on projects related to hydraulics, underground works, and transport infrastructure, mainly roads • Produce execution plans, detail plans, and documents necessary for project monitoring • Collaborate daily with engineers and project managers • Participate in technical coordination and the resolution of project-related issues • Guarantee the quality, precision, and compliance of the produced documents • Apply Swiss norms and standards as well as local working methods • Be required to work on various projects according to the needs of the team. Your profile • Holder of a CFC in civil engineering drafting or equivalent training • Significant experience as a civil engineering drafter, ideally around 10 years of experience for a Senior profile • Professional experience acquired in Switzerland is strongly desired in order to master the norms, practices, and local context • Expertise in hydraulics, underground works, and/or road infrastructure constitutes a real asset • Mastery of drawing and design software used in the field of civil engineering • Good knowledge of the norms and standards applicable in Switzerland • Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams • Rigor, spirit of initiative, and sense of responsibility • Motivation to participate in the development of a new location and to evolve progressively towards more responsibilities. #LI-Hybrid
