August 2026 or by arrangement as Nursing Specialist (70–80 %, weekdays) – with development opportunity up to 100 % Your area of responsibility Professional responsibility for the needs-based care of the residents as well as ensuring high nursing quality. Development, implementation, further development and review of nursing standards and nursing processes. Consulting, coaching and training of employees in complex and challenging nursing situations, in treatment-related nursing activities as well as ensuring professional competencies. Organization and coordination of nursing operations including doctor visits, medication management, material management as well as deputy for the Nursing Management. Responsibility for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual foundations. Training and coaching of MDS coordinators and employees in all matters regarding RAI Additional development opportunity Do you bring experience and/or further training in quality management and would like to get additionally involved? Then you can take on further tasks up to the management of quality management. This allows the workload to be expanded up to 100 %. Your personality Completed training as dipl.
