The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss female and male farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, consumer goods and energy.

For the management of the Retail business field (4 LANDI stores, 3 Volg stores, 2 TopShops), we are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented, proactive leadership personality per or after agreement.
You will also assume responsibility for the training and further education of all employees including apprentices and are responsible for regional product management.

• Overall responsibility for the Retail business field
• Primary contact person for all store and branch managers in the BSF DH
• Ensuring economically and well-maintained points of sale
• Developing measures to improve profitability including implementation on the sales floor
• Independent management of regional product management including the area
• Responsible for the training and further education of all employees of LANDI Aare including apprentices
