HVAC Maintenance Sector Manager

• 15 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Genève Axepta is looking for one of its best partners for an HVAC Maintenance Sector Manager (M/F) to support its development and lead technical teams within a dynamic and demanding environment. Your missions ## • Supervise, animate and develop the skills of technicians and site managers. • Provide technical support to teams in order to guarantee effective and high-quality interventions. • Organize and plan interventions while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments via the GMAO. • Monitor the correct application of maintenance plans and optimize processes. • Manage subcontractors and coordinate transverse services. • Ensure regular reporting of your activity to your hierarchy. • Be the primary contact for clients, ensure contract follow-up and ensure their satisfaction. • Identify and implement continuous improvement actions regarding performance, service quality and HSE. • Follow up on contracts in collaboration with the Commerce and Energy Efficiency teams, while guaranteeing business profitability. Your profile ## • Diploma in climate engineering or training deemed equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position. • Solid knowledge in heating and ventilation maintenance. • Mastery of IT tools and GMAO software. • Natural leadership, sense of organization and ability to unite teams. • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer orientation and spirit of initiative.
