Our OEM-Sales team is looking for a motivated colleague with a taste for direct customer contact and knowledge of numerical control for CNC machine tools, preferably SINUMERIK. You develop solutions for our clients, the machine builders in the Romandy region, for the successful implementation of a CNC control system. To do this, you also use the latest technologies, such as the digital twin. In collaboration with a team with strong technical expertise, you develop new technical approaches, business models, and value-added sources for the Swiss machine tool industry. Your new tasks • You are responsible for technical customer support and the promotion of system solutions to machine tool manufacturers in the Romandy region • You develop customized solution concepts in the field of automation for machine tools and create roadmaps for their implementation • Furthermore, you participate in the development of pioneering concepts and business models around machine tools, and you support and accompany our clients in their digital transformation • Additionally, you support our clients on technical issues and support them during the commissioning of machines and their accessories Your talents and experience • You have a degree in the field of electronics or mechanics, preferably with a focus on machine tool control/programming, or a HES/ES diploma in mechanical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a similar field • You have solid technical knowledge in the field of machine tool control, both as a user and in commissioning, and you ideally already have experience with SINUMERIK and SINAMICS • You distinguish yourself with a communicative and engaging personality, and you convince clients independently and proactively thanks to your initiative, technical skills, and professional presentation, in order to successfully complete projects • You have a genuine enthusiasm for control and drive technology, design and simulation tools (NX, MCD, Process Simulate), as well as Edge and Cloud Computing applications • Your mother tongue is French.
