For our two blue Cinema operations in Luzern Stadt (Capitol) and Emmenbrücke (Maxx), we are looking for motivated and service-oriented personalities as for shifts during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays on an hourly basis. Employment is on-call - currently there are no fixed shifts. After the induction phase, you will be able to contribute your energetic support in the cinema as well as in the bar and in the bowling. We rely on flexible team members who enjoy working in a 7-day operation. Your area of responsibility <br /> • Ensuring smooth operations in the cinema, bowling and sports bar/catering • Friendly and competent guest care and advice • Sale of tickets, vouchers, various kiosk items and bowling games • Correct preparation of the beverage & snack range • Entrance control and assignment of seats in the cinema • Professional serving of beverages and snacks in the bowling/sports bar • Compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines • Cleaning work between screenings as well as in the bowling and sports bar • Inventory management • Small repairs and troubleshooting of the bowling lanes <br /> Your profile <br /> • Performing regular shifts on weekends and public holidays is no problem for you • It is an advantage if you have initial professional experience in the bar/gastro and cinema sector (or similar) • You are communicative and understand German perfectly • You inspire our guests with your cheerful and open manner • We can count on you and your independent and service-oriented way of working • Even in hectic situations, you react calmly and act proactively • You enjoy working in a team, show active helpfulness and proactively share your knowledge • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you Your next step We look forward to your complete and meaningful application. <br /> Your benefits Flexible working time model We offer you a flexible working and flextime model with time autonomy so that you can also take your individual needs into account.
