For our client, an established and innovative company in the field of building construction, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible personality as a Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d) 80-100%, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks #

• Independent local site management and leadership of the contractors involved in construction from construction preparation to successful project completion
• Coordination of all trades as well as monitoring of workflows with regard to deadlines, costs and quality
• Organization and management of construction meetings as well as conducting tender negotiations and settlements
• Contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors and other stakeholders
• Ensuring efficient and professional project execution on demanding building construction projects

Your profile ##

• Training as a federally certified Construction Manager, Technician HF Building Construction or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in Swiss building construction
• Very good knowledge of the relevant SIA standards
• Experience in the tender and award phase is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as common construction administration software such as Provis, Bluebeam or Dalux
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness in cooperation with different stakeholders
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with high initiative and strong communication skills
