For our good customer, a leading production company in its industry, we are currently looking for several technically savvy and committed personalities as Machine Operator/ Plant Operator in 2-shift (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Zofingen Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 16.07.2026 Your tasks • Operating: You control and monitor modern glass processing machines. • Setting up: You set up the plants for the respective production orders. • Quality: You check the finished glass for scratches, dimensions, and defects. • Maintenance: You clean the machines and resolve minor malfunctions independently. • Logistics: You transport the glass assemblies safely using a crane or vacuum suction cup. Your profile • Experience: Ideally a technical training (e.g., production mechanic, plant operator) or sound experience in machine operation. Experience in handling glass is a plus, but not a must. • Working method: You work precisely, quality-consciously, and have an eye for detail. • Flexibility: You are ready to work in shift operation [e.g. 2-shift / 3-shift]. • Condition: You are physically fit and like to tackle things energetically. • Language: You understand and speak good German (safety instructions).
