What you achieve

• You accompany two SAFe teams as a Scrum Master and support them in learning even outside their comfort zone and in continuously developing themselves.
• Through coaching and moderation, you promote an open, trusting high-performance culture in which health and personal energy are the focus.
• You empower the teams to identify and eliminate obstacles and cross-team dependencies at an early stage.
• Together with the ART-Leadership Team and other stakeholders, you continuously develop cross-team collaboration and our agile way of working.
• You commit yourself with great passion to promoting mindfulness, preventing accidents, and reducing suffering.

What you bring

• Joy and willingness to strengthen teams as a methods professional and motivator, as well as to promote successful collaboration and implementation in the sense of Servant Leadership.
• You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach and are familiar with software development, architecture, and the software lifecycle.
• Good communication and moderation skills, tact, and empathy in dealing with a wide variety of personalities distinguish you.
• It is your strength to accompany changes and to win people over for common goals.
• Your continuous development in a SAFe organization gives you joy.
