Your tasks and responsibilities Ensuring product quality according to standards, specifications, and customer/regulatory requirements Carrying out inspections, tests, and process-related quality checks (FAI, PVT) on raw materials and end products Processing customer and supplier complaints including error analyses, 8D reports, and corrective actions Carrying out structured root cause analyses (RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa) as well as implementation of CAPA measures for sustainable error rectification Development and implementation of quality control and process control methods (MSA, calibration) Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize product design, manufacturing processes, and new product introductions Training of employees on quality standards, procedures, and problem-solving methods Documentation of quality-relevant activities as well as support for internal and external audits including ISO certifications Monitoring supplier quality including KPI tracking and risk assessments Continuous improvement of quality systems using KVP, QM, and LEAN methods Analysis and further development of quality indicators (KPI/SPC) to derive optimization measures Your profile You are a team player and know how to inspiritingly model the quality mindset and structured approach, thereby inspiring other employees.
