The contribution you can make

• Conduct approval procedures for electrical and hydroelectric plants, mainly in German
• Support the team in the implementation of the Federal Energy Act, the CO2 Act, as well as the Federal Act on Climate Protection, Innovation and Strengthening Energy Security
• Evaluate legal issues in these areas and draft legal documents
• Organize and participate in interviews and coordination meetings with the services concerned (ESTI, Cantons, UFAM)
• Represent the Office in activities relating to administrative criminal law

What distinguishes you

• University degree (master's) in law
• Knowledge of administrative law
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration in a political context
• Rapid learning ability, strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a goal-oriented working method
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third
