Instruction takes place at the following times depending on the course model:

• Evening model: Monday and Wednesday, 18:15–21:45
• Friday/Saturday model: Friday, 13:00–20:00 and Saturday, 08:30–15:30

SWS Schulen für Wirtschaft und Sprachen are expanding their educational offerings and are looking for committed lecturers for the vocational baccalaureate (BM2) in the subjects German, English, French, Mathematics, Economics & Law, History & Politics, Finance & Accounting.

Your tasks

• Teaching at BM2 level.
• Preparing lessons: Use existing teaching materials in a didactically meaningful way and design lessons oriented towards the target group and learning objectives.
• Teaching motivationally: Use varied methods, involve learners actively and consider different learning requirements.
• Accompanying learning processes: Support learners individually, clarify questions and provide targeted assistance in case of difficulties.
• Giving feedback: Discuss learning performance and give learners concrete hints for further development.

Your profile

• Teaching diploma Secondary Level II, recognized in Switzerland (mandatory)
• BM additional qualification (mandatory)
• University degree (MA or equivalent) in the respective subject (mandatory)
• Knowledge of the BM2 system and framework curriculum
• Teamwork skills, reliability and independent way of working
